Redi Medico Legal (RML) is Redi Med’s specialist medicolegal division, providing independent medical assessments and expert reports to insurers, employers, legal firms and other organisations across Australia.

We’re looking for an energetic, highly organised Client Services Coordinator who likes being busy, learns systems quickly and gets satisfaction from keeping lots of moving parts on track.

This role is based primarily in our Melbourne office, with travel to our Geelong office up to 1 / week.

About The Role

We’re looking for a great Reception & Clinic Coordinator to join our Medico Legal team in Melbourne.

It’s a varied role combining reception, clinic coordination and administration in a busy medicolegal environment. You’ll be running front of house, welcoming people attending independent medical assessments, supporting our medical specialists, ensuring rooms are clean and prepped with all equipment, coordinating appointments and paperwork, keeping the clinic running smoothly and helping with the general day-to-day admin that goes with it.

We’re Ideally Looking For Someone Who is friendly, organised and confident dealing with people; has good attention to detail and admin skills; is comfortable with phones, emails, systems and juggling a few things at once; is reliable and happy working as part of a close-knit team; and is planning to stay in Melbourne for at least 12 months – longer definitely preferred.

Reception, medical, legal, insurance or similar office experience would be great, but the right attitude and ability to learn are just as important.

The role is primarily based in Melbourne CBD, but you must be able to travel to Geelong approximately one day per week. Our Geelong office is only around 100 metres from the train station, so it’s very easy to get to without a car.
