About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Retail Customer Service Representative to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and returns. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically, aiming for first-contact resolution. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within the CRM system. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in detail. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency with CRM software and common customer service tools. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
