Join our high-performing team and lead the way in driving operational excellence and sales successWe're looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our BPO and sales delivery teams in the Outbound Telco space. You'll be responsible for delivering revenue growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring outstanding client service - all while leading and developing a high-performance team.What You'll Do Lead operational strategy to meet and exceed campaign goals and SLAs. Drive sales performance with clear KPIs, coaching, and incentives. Build strong client relationships through regular reporting and engagement. Optimize processes, adopt digital tools, and improve productivity. Lead, inspire, and develop operational teams for long-term success.
