You will lead one of NewForesight’s five key domains, shaping how entire sectors organize and collaborate to accelerate sustainability transitions. This vacancy is about the position for Domain Lead Sector Transformation. Learn more about our work and domains at Your mission: As Domain Lead for Sector Transformation, you will shape and grow a domain that turns competition into collaboration and ambition into measurable progress. With your team, other domains and partners, you will design and lead multi-stakeholder coalitions that bring companies, financers, governments and civil society together to align vision, governance and market incentives for systemic change. Your mission is to build frameworks, governance models and partnerships that make collective transformation both possible, effective and profitable. Under your leadership, NewForesight will set the global standard for how sectors transform collectively and competitively toward sustainability. Your role: Develop the domain’s vision and strategy, rooted in science, and build a compelling value proposition for sectors ready to transition. Design and implement transition roadmaps, governance frameworks and collective action platforms. Build collaborations within and across sectors, align key actors, and develop shared investment and accountability mechanisms. Guide sector programs from concept to implementation, ensuring measurable progress and system-wide results. Position NewForesight as a thought leader in sector transformation through publications, speaking engagements and global partnerships. Lead and grow a high-performing team that combines systems thinking, strategic facilitation and convening expertise. When ready, join the Management Team and Partner structure of NewForesight. What you bring: A deep personal drive to accelerate systemic change through collaboration and strategy with a clear intention to stay for longer period and grow into an authority in your field. At least eight years of experience in multi-stakeholder processes, sector initiatives or systems transformation, including experience in consultancy or advisory environments. Proven leadership in coalition design, facilitation and partnership management. Strong analytical and conceptual skills linking sector transformation with sustainability transitions. Experience building partnerships across sectors, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals. Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams. Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a talent for turning vision into execution. Fluency in English and Dutch; other languages are an asset.
