Requirements 8+ years’ design experience, 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong background in financial services, trading, or fintech. Expertise in Figma, Adobe Suite, and major design platforms. Hands‑on experience with Prismic CMS and CRM‑driven design. Proven ability to create and maintain brand CI. Experience in video, motion, and digital‑first content. Strategic mindset with excellent project and people management skills. Advantageous: experience using AI design tools to enhance workflows. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi‑disciplinary creative team. Own our global and regional design strategy across digital, CRM, and brand. Drive innovation in website, landing page, email, and video design. Manage and evolve our corporate identity (CI) to ensure consistent global impact. Oversee Prismic CMS content and website design execution. Partner with Marketing, Product, and CRM teams to deliver engaging, conversion‑driven creative. Keep us ahead of the curve with Figma, Adobe Suite, AI design tools, and emerging platforms. Ensure all creative assets meet the highest standards and drive measurable results.
