Lashington Agency is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support purpose-driven projects for our governmental, non-profit, and corporate partners throughout the Caribbean and the Diaspora. This role blends marketing support, communications, project coordination, and administrative management. Key Responsibilities: Draft captions, briefs, PR content, and client communication Assist with content planning and social media execution Coordinate project timelines, vendors, and deliverables Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes Support event logistics and creative production Maintain agency documentation and workflows Qualifications & Experience Strong writing and communication skills Excellent customer service and commitment to service excellence Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Proficient in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office Experience with social media platforms and basic Canva design Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and shifting priorities Familiarity with PR, marketing, communications, or events is an asset Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is an advantage but not required Part-time or full-time Hybrid work environment - must be based in Grenada Compensation based on experience Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Public Relations and Communications Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
