Since launching from Hilary & Will’s kitchen in 2020, the company has now cooked up over 2 million meals, featured on BBC Dragons’ Den and grown by over 300% year on year. OPPORTUNITY Full Time Salary: Competitive based on experience This is an exciting opportunity in a broad marketing role to support the growth of a challenger brand in its scaling phase, reporting directly into the company founders. THE ROLE: Growth marketing: Conceptualise, plan, execute and report on creative growth marketing campaigns across multiple platforms with a strong focus on digital (e.g. social, email, website). Brand strategy and management: be the guardian of the brand; collaborate with strategists and creatives to sharpen our tone of voice; refine and optimise all brand touchpoints to increase brand awareness, affinity and loyalty; identify and execute offline marketing opportunities (PR, IRL pop up activations, partnerships). Consumer research: conduct detailed market research to identify new opportunities for brand growth and customer engagement; research in and out of category insights to help guide our brand strategy and direction. Influencers and partnerships: identify and manage strategic partnerships with brands and influencers that align with our target market, to amplify brand reach and visibility. Creativedevelopment and concepting: proactively generate new creative ideas, as well as working alongside the Founders to actualise their vision and concepts. Analysis and reporting: monitor and analyse marketing performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Team management and development: work with the founders to help build, manage and develop a high performing marketing team. ABOUT YOU: At least 3 years experience in a similar role. Proven track record growing a brand and creating strategy. Creative and entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable coming up with ideas and can test, learn and iterate on the results. Excellent writing skills, with an ability to produce creative, engaging copy in our brand tone of voice. Strategic mindset, rooted in data and a deep understanding of the customer. Experience in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads. Love and passion for food and a strong interest in healthy, plant‑based eating.
