Compliance Monitor At Procera the Compliance Monitor role supports Group Compliance by enabling the Compliance and Risk Management Framework and assisting the business in meeting its certification objectives (ISO, PCI, SOC). Responsibilities Support the Compliance Department in maintaining a Compliance Framework that meets the needs of the business. Support the Compliance Department in maintaining the Risk Management Framework and monitoring controls to mitigate identified risks. Execute improvement requests for noncompliance identified to regulatory compliance breach management and follow‑up on processes for the business to address identification, analysis and resolution procedures, as well as escalation procedures. Assist the business with ISO, SOC and PCI certification requirements. Assist with internal audit of the management system framework across all certified business units. Ensure reviews are of a standard suitable for regulatory and/or internal or external audit review. Validate document and evidence details of all investigations and findings. Train staff internally so that they are aware of the compliance and data privacy policies and processes. Actively monitor and research regulatory development across the various countries in which the business operates. Perform compliance monitoring reviews to provide assurance to relevant boards and sub‑committees on the adequacy of systems and controls, including adherence to regulatory requirements. Drive compliance awareness and gap analysis. Implement monitoring plans to assess the efficiency of compliance controls and assist with the enhancement of procedures and controls. Draft internal compliance monitoring reports. Continuously develop and improve the monitoring methodology and overall approach. Participate in further project work. Manage Conflicts of Interests Register. Drive continuous improvement across the business adding value to improve regulatory and customer outcomes. Minimum Qualifications and Experience Matric. Previous Internal Audit / Compliance monitoring experience. Excellent MS office skills, with advanced Excel skills. Previous compliance / audit experience in an ISO‑certified business environment advantageous. Appropriate tertiary degree or compliance certificate advantageous. Previous experience working within a BPO / Contact Centre. Competencies Required Strong command of English (written and verbal). Ability to engage stakeholders at junior and senior levels. Able to work on own initiative, multi‑task, and prioritise workload. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Highly process‑driven and have a passion for creating effective systems. Strong work ethic. Strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn and upskill (CPD Required Annually).
