Reference : NFP -HN-1 Overview Scorecard Modeller Are you a sharp self-driven credit risk modeller ready to own the end-to-end development of scorecard models without someone looking over your shoulder? Do you thrive in environments where you’re trusted to take initiative, drive compliance and challenge the status quo? We’re looking for a seasoned Credit Risk Modeller with deep technical expertise to design, build and implement predictive scorecard models. From this role you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping lending decisions, ensuring that the credit strategy is built on a robust, data-driven and regulatory-compliant foundation. Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing : Design, develop and implement robust application and behavioural scorecard models. Own the entire model build process from concept to deployment without hand-holding. Independently identify and engage with key stakeholders across credit, compliance, business and data. Ensure regulatory compliance with IFRS 9, Basel and internal governance standards. Explore new techniques, data sources and approaches to improve model performance. Act as a thought leader, challenging conventional approaches and driving innovation. Qualifications Were Looking For Someone Who : Has proven experience building credit scorecards from the ground up. Understands the full credit lifecycle, model governance and business impact of models. Can confidently lead modelling initiatives independently. Brings innovative outside-the-box thinking to technical challenges. Has strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the credit risk space. Is proficient in Python, SAS, R or SQL. Minimum Requirements : 4 years experience in credit risk modelling or quantitative analytics. Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or a related quantitative field.
