Tool Stack Certification: Develop and manage a robust certification pathway and competency exams for mission‑critical creative software. Technical Fluency: In‑depth knowledge of modern creative tech stack (Canva, CapCut/Adobe Express, Asana/Trello, etc.) and ability to simplify complex workflows. E‑commerce & Metrics Focus: Understanding of how creative execution drives key e‑commerce metrics such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
