Role Overview We're seeking a strategic Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our global People Development function. You'll orchestrate complex talent infrastructure initiatives that enable organizational effectiveness at scale—transforming tactical projects into sustainable, scalable systems that drive business performance. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end delivery of career architecture, competency frameworks and organizational leveling initiatives Orchestrate performance management system design and implementation, including HRIS integration and change management Support HRIS configuration around talent review, succession planning, and calibration processes Lead learning technology evaluations, vendor selection, and implementation projects Manage relationships with learning platform vendors and technology partners Coordinate system migrations, integrations, user acceptance testing, and launch activities Serve as central coordination point between LD team, Regional People partners, senior leadership, and external vendors Design and execute change management strategies for major talent initiatives Build program governance frameworks including decision rights, approval workflows, and risk management Maintain program dashboards tracking progress, budget, resources, and dependencies What We're Looking For Experience with HRIS or talent system implementations (Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar) Strong understanding of talent management processes including performance, succession, and development PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent demonstrated experience Change management certification (Prosci ADKAR or similar) Experience navigating cultural and regional complexity in multinational organizations Vendor management and contract negotiation experience Project management tools (Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, MS Project) Advanced Excel/Google Sheets including data analysis and dashboard creation Process mapping and documentation tools Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
