Opportunity: People & Culture Partner We're looking for a People & Culture Partner to provide strategic people support across our divisions. In this role, you'll collaborate with business leaders to drive performance, enable transformation, and build a culture of engagement and excellence. Key Responsibilities Partner with divisional leadership to design and implement people strategies aligned with business goals. Lead initiatives in employee relations, talent management, and change management. Deliver consistent and compliant HR support across recruitment, performance management, and engagement. Drive transformation and compliance through effective employment equity and BBBEE practices. Use HR data and analytics to provide insights that inform workforce decisions. What You'll Need to Succeed Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent. 5–8 years' experience in HR partnering or generalist roles. Strong exposure to BBBEE, employee relations, and talent management. Sound understanding of HR legislation, HRIS systems, and performance frameworks.
