You will be tasked with the following:
  • Conduct calculations required for SAM, SARB reporting, and internal management reports.
  • Conduct calculations and scenario testing for the ORSA cycle.
  • Offer technical support for new business investigations and pricing reviews.
  • Create data requirements and reporting templates for regulatory reporting.
  • Create business requirement specifications through discussions with stakeholders.
  • Monitor company-wide offshore investment capacity.
  • Review portfolio revisions or individual contract adjustments.
  • Create custom specifications for data extracts based on business needs.
  • Develop functional and technical specification documents.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to processes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize project deliverables.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively by keeping them informed of progress.

Education and Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science
  • 2-3 years' experience as an Actuarial Analyst at a Financial Services company
  • Good Actuarial exam progression
