South African Construction Managers - Build in the Heart of Tanzania
2 years contract
Are you an experienced Construction Manager with a background in remote lodge, camp, or hospitality developments?
We're looking for a hands-on leader to oversee the delivery of luxury hospitality projects in some of Tanzania's most spectacular remote locations.
Your role will include:
- Managing site operations from mobilisation to completion
- Translating design packages into buildable work plans
- Driving programme delivery and resolving on-site challenges
- Leading in-house teams and managing contractors
- Maintaining uncompromising quality standards
- Coordinating logistics, materials, labour, and site resources
- Acting as management's representative on remote project sites
We're looking for candidates with:
- Proven construction management experience on remote lodge, camp, or hospitality projects (essential)
- Strong leadership and programme management skills
- The ability to work independently in challenging, remote environments
- A commitment to delivering exceptional quality
- Experience in East Africa is advantageous
- South African citizens willing to relocate to Tanzania
