This role combines senior legal administration, client liaison and direct support to our litigation teams, offering a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of civil legal practice. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for the firm and associated companies.Manage telephone calls, emails, post, and client enquiries professionally.Draft, format and amend legal documents, correspondence and contract templates.Provide administrative support to the legal team.Schedule and organise meetings (internal and external).Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of the virtual office.Support fee earners with civil litigation tasks and case preparation as needed. Key Requirements Proven experience in UK civil litigation is essential.Fully set up to work remotely with reliable internet and workspace.Professional, friendly and client‑focused approach.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Degree in Law, Economics, Business, Finance or a related field.Exposure to experienced litigators or direct support to litigation teams is highly advantageous.Solid understanding of UK legal processes and compliance requirements.Business development awareness is a plus.
