PWD Learnership

A valued client is seeking Persons with Disabilities (PWD) to participate in a Learnership Programme commencing 1 March . We are recruiting for three separate learnerships , and successful candidates will be placed in one programme based on their skills and interests. These opportunities are designed for motivated individuals who are eager to gain practical workplace experience while completing a structured, accredited learnership. Candidates will be supported throughout the programme to build industry-relevant skills and enhance long-term employability. Learnership Opportunities Available Cloud Administration Internet of Things (IoTli> RE 5 & Long-Term Insurance Each candidate will be placed in one learnership. Responsibilities Participate fully in a structured learnership programme Complete all theoretical and practical learning components Attend training sessions, assessments and workplace activities Apply learned skills in a professional work environment Maintain compliance with programme requirements and timelines Demonstrate professionalism, commitment, and a willingness to learn Requirements Must be a Person with a Disability (PWD) Valid doctor’s note required (hospital notes will not be accepted) Relevant subjects with a minimum of 70% pass mark, aligned to the learnership stream No previous learnerships completed (no repeat learners) Proof of address required South African citizen Strong communication skills and a positive learning attitude Additional Information Stipend: R7,000 per month Start Date: 1 March Employment Equity Disclaimer All positions will be filled in accordance with the company’s Employment Equity Plan.
