We're Hiring : Graphic Designer (with Print Production Expertise) to start 01 February Experience Required : 3+ Years | Full-Time | Hybrid / Remote (specify as needed) Are you a designer who loves the craft and respects the press? Someone who can take a concept from pixel-perfect layout all the way to a flawless print-ready file? About the Role We're looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with solid experience across brand design, layout, and print production setup. This role blends creativity with technical precision — you'll develop visually compelling work while ensuring every asset is set up correctly for print, packaging, and other physical applications. What You'll Do Create high-quality visual assets across brand, marketing, and campaign materials Prepare and package artwork for print, following printer specifications Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to develop brand-forward design solutions Maintain consistency across visual deliverables and brand systems Review proofs, troubleshoot print-related issues, and manage final file handovers Stay current with print processes, materials, and production best practices What You Bring 3+ years of professional design experience , ideally within an agency or studio environment Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work Deep understanding of print production, colour profiles, finishes, and file setup Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Excellent attention to detail (yes, we do zoom to %) Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing your cool A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for brand-led design Why Join Us?
