Job Overview As a Sales Ambassador in the Resort Sales Business Unit, you will work closely with the Trade Sales Lead and the resort custodian to drive government and unit sales. Key Responsibilities Generate and maintain business from government departments, travel agents, ministries, NPOs, parastatal organisations. Drive localised business for 10 2nd Avenue in line with group brand strategy, building relationships, identifying opportunities, converting leads into bookings. Provide full account management, scheduling calls, demonstrating products, and presenting solutions to drive revenue across all Dream Hotels & Resorts properties. Education Grade 12 Relevant diploma or certificate in industry or sales field would be beneficial Knowledge and Experience Minimum 5 years hotel sales account management experience with at least 2 years dealing with government accounts or luxury hotel market. Strong knowledge of public procurement and compliance. Experience responding to RFPs or managing tenders.
