Polygraph Examiner

We are looking for a dedicated Polygraph Examiner to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and conduct polygraph (integrity) tests to assess examinees for deceptive tendencies. Formulate and ask relevant interview questions, ensuring a professional and thorough examination process. Utilize specialized tools and techniques to monitor responses and analyze findings. Document results, analyze data, and present clear reports to management and relevant stakeholders. Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity in all aspects of the role. Collaborate with security, management, and local authorities in investigations, testifying and providing expert insights when necessary. Ensure compliance with the American Polygraph Association (APA) standards and company policies. Participate in ongoing education and training to refine skills and stay updated on industry developments. Requirements: Certification as a Polygraph Examiner from a recognized institution (e.g., APA). Strong understanding of psychology and physiology, with the ability to assess deceptive tendencies accurately. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-expert audiences. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct at all times. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
