As a Clearance Broker Associate, you will support cross‑border customs clearance and brokerage operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations. Responsibilities Complete defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identify anomalies and use judgment based on rules and procedures to resolve them. Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary. Perform troubleshooting related to cross‑border customs, cage handling, and supply chain solutions. Maintain accurate documentation and records for all clearance and brokerage activities. Qualifications & Skills Attention to detail and strong accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC skills. Planning and organizing skills. Interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Prior experience in customs brokerage or related fields is a plus.
