Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts and Exco reports Review and action of balance sheet and financial variances Provide financial analysis to operational areas of the business Monitor and support debtors and creditors, including reconciliations Compile and post month-end journals, budgets, and daily cash forecasts Ensure statutory reporting, compliance documentation, and audit requirements are met Develop and implement internal controls and cash flow management strategies Lead stakeholder engagements and provide leadership to the Finance Division Manage a team of financial support staff Technical Skills  MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook Power BI for financial reporting and analytics - advantageous Pastel Accounting, Pastel Audit Mate SARS E-Filing, Easy Filing Sage AccPac, SAP Ideal Profile Strong background in manufacturing and/or retail finance Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills Professional qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA or BComm Finance) preferred This role would suit someone who is looking for career growth, enjoys a collaborative culture where there is the opportunity to lead transformation.
