We're looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join a global tech group operating in the property and financial services space. This role is ideal for someone who can make an immediate impact and drive financial insights that support strategic growth. Responsibilities Build and refine financial models for budgeting, forecasting and planning Analyse performance and explain variances to guide business decisions Partner with regional finance teams on budgets and forecasts Develop dashboards and automate reporting processes Identify opportunities to simplify and improve financial workflows Requirements Strong academic background in Accounting, Finance or a related field Completed a professional qualification (CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, CFA, FMVA) Proven FP&A experience with 3-statement financial modelling Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models is an advantage Advanced Excel skills (modelling, automation, data analysis) Proactive, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented Strong communicator with the ability to present financial insights clearly ul> If you haven't heard back from us within two weeks of submitting your application, please consider your application unsuccessful at this time.
