About the job Intermediate Graphic Designer About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and creative Intermediate Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital and print design work. You will play a key role in developing engaging visuals that align with our brand and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute high-quality designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, branding assets, presentations, website visuals, and marketing collateral. Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to create visually compelling campaigns. Ensure consistency across all visual assets in line with brand guidelines. Take ownership of design projects from concept to final execution, meeting deadlines and quality standards. Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team. Provide creative input on branding and visual identity initiatives. Requirements: Education: Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or corporate environment. Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Skills: Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals. Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions. Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus. Experience with video editing and motion graphics (optional but preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing for social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (advantageous but not required).
