Cluster Revenue Manager Hybrid – Waterloo, London | Full-time | Charles Hope Apartments Charles Hope Apartments is seeking an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to take ownership of pricing, distribution, and performance across a growing portfolio of serviced apartments in the United Kingdom and South Africa. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and analytical professional who is passionate about maximising revenue and driving business performance in a dynamic, fast-growing hospitality brand. Key Responsibilities Drive daily pricing and yield decisions to optimise revenue and occupancy. Analyse booking trends, market demand, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and make informed decisions. Manage long‑stay agency pricing, ensuring competitive, profitable, and strategically aligned rate structures. Oversee OTA, GDS, and Meta channels, maintaining accurate content, rates, and availability across all platforms. Ensure rate parity across all channels while prioritising and growing the direct booking channel. Produce clear and insightful performance reports, including pick‑up, pace, and market analysis. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align and deliver a unified commercial strategy. Skills and Experience Proven experience in multi‑property revenue management, ideally within serviced apartments or hotels. Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent understanding of pricing strategy, forecasting, and distribution systems (PMS, channel manager, OTA extranets). Experience managing long‑stay or corporate agency relationships. Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and confident in making data‑driven decisions. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
