Description: As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in guiding our financial decision-making process. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and developing financial models to support our business objectives. Your expertise will help us optimize financial performance, identify trends, and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data and create comprehensive reports for management.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary financial information.
  • Assist in the development of financial strategies and business plans.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance / Accounting with SAICA articles
  • Global Investment exposure
  • Experience in investments reconciliation on a fund level.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
