Purpose of the Job We are looking for a organised and proactive Training Coordinator to support our training operations for South African Operating Crew, ATO Crew, and Flight Operations Officers (FOO) on a temporary 4-month basis. Note: Only applications done via the above link will be considered Key Responsibilities: Assist with training plans and communication with students and instructors. Prepare training rooms for training scheduled. Manage training iPads and liaise with third-party pilots and training organisations. Accurately prepare, receive, check, and process training documentation. Maintain all personnel and trainee training folders in accordance with SOPs. Requirements: Strong administrative and organisational skills Experience in training administration or aviation administration (advantageous) Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Computer literacy with the ability to work on internal systems (LMS/NOC experience beneficial) & MS Suite A proactive, detail-driven approach Competencies: Organisational Ability – manages time, schedules, and priorities effectively. Attention to Detail – ensures accuracy in documentation, data, and reports. Communication Skills – communicates clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders. Problem-Solving – resolves queries and responds effectively to training-related challenges. Team Collaboration – works well with colleagues across departments to support training needs.
