Position Overview Graduate placements provide learners with the opportunity to gain on‑the‑job exposure in the field of Remuneration & Benefits Administration. High Level Job Objectives Capture new employees on Payroll System Update current employee profiles on Payroll System Verify documentation on HR Management System, and request outstanding documents Reconcile and verify data on HR Management System and Payroll System (terminations, appointments, all other payroll updates) Prepare monthly reports on payroll (CTC variances, headcounts, overtime, etc.) Confirm terminations and prepare monthly temp leave payout file Complete UI19 - monthly Liaise with the regional administrators General administrative support to the Remuneration, Benefits and Payroll team Requirements Qualifications (Essential) Completed 3‑year national qualification in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration Experience No experience is required since it is aimed at unemployed graduates.
