InventoryManagement : Monitor inventory accuracy and manage the costs associated with goods manufactured, including labor, materials, and overhead costs. Collaboration : Work closely with other accountants and financial staff to provide support for budgeting and financial planning initiatives. Compliance : Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and maintain accurate cost accounting systems. RequiredSkillsandQualifications EducationalBackground : A degree in accounting, finance, or related field is an advantage, and Relevant certifications may be preferred. Experience : Prior experience in cost accounting or similar financial role is required, with a strong understanding of cost accounting principles. TechnicalSkills : Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is beneficial. Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting are also important. AttentiontoDetail : A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis is crucial. AnalyticalSkills : Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
