Job Description We are hiring a ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, configuration, and technical implementation of ServiceNow cybersecurity and risk solutions. The role requires a self‑driven, customer‑focused engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Manage ServiceNow installations for cyber and strategic risk teams Design and develop go‑to‑market proof‑of‑concept applications on ServiceNow Create functional‑based designs from functional specifications Develop custom ServiceNow procedures, workflows, service portal pages and widgets Review and mentor junior team members code Oversee solution development to comply with industry best practices and system compliance Write comprehensive test plans, execute regression testing, track defects, and perform UAT participation Control deployment of the code base to test and production environments Administer ServiceNow, plan, and maintain the platform Coordinate vendors for ServiceNow product defects Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience Knowledge of CMDB implementation Proven expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, SecOps, etc.) Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, UI Scripts) Experience with JavaScript/Glide and HTML5 Experience with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to gather requirements from stakeholders Strong analysis, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills Education Bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field Company Overview At DXC Technology, we prioritize collaboration, flexibility, and an inclusive environment that supports well‑being, productivity, and work‑style variety. #J-18808-Ljbffr
