JOB TITLE Growth Marketer Reports into: Head of Growth / Director of Operations WHAT WE NEED HELP WITH – MAYBE YOUR MISSION? We're looking for a structured, strategic, and systems-savvy Growth Marketer who can lead, think, and build with us. Your focus will be on lead generation, demand creation, and driving measurable business outcomes through systems-driven, outbound-first growth strategies. Your mission: Build intelligent outbound strategies that fuel lead gen and pipeline growth. Own & lead multi-channel growth campaigns—email, LinkedIn, paid, and beyond. Work with internal & external stakeholders—clients, execs, and cross-functional teams—to create clarity, alignment, and results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, execute, and iterate scalable growth and demand generation programs. Own outbound journeys across systems: email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, paid media. Lead campaign creation, execution, and reporting to drive ROI. Use experimentation frameworks to test, learn, and scale. Collaborate with client and internal teams to align messaging with business strategy. Confidently present ideas, data, and performance to senior stakeholders. Design and optimize workflows using marketing ops tools & CRM systems. Train and lead team members in systems and process management. Work closely with product, marketing, and sales to sync GTM strategy. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE Required: 5+ years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing roles. Strong understanding of outbound-led lead generation strategies. Proven experience building structured, scalable growth systems. Excellent communication and leadership in cross-functional settings. Deep knowledge of email platforms, CRMs, paid acquisition, AI & automation tools. High competence in data-driven marketing, experimentation & reporting. Strong business acumen—able to connect marketing actions to commercial goals. Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience in B2B SaaS or agency environments a plus. Confident leading projects with C-level stakeholders. Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Zapier, GA4, and Meta/Google Ads. AI competent – you know how to use AI tools to build, test, and scale smarter. High comfort with system logic, API integrations, and martech stacks.
