Overview We are seeking a Mid-level Full Stack Developer to support the development of data pipelines powering large-scale mobile survey delivery and analytics across IVR, WhatsApp, and in the longer term, to work with a team on new web-based platforms and provide input on AI-powered risk prediction and data products. The biggest priority of this role will be to reduce and ultimately eliminate all manual handling in our data pipeline, and find and develop tech-driven efficiencies on our monitoring platform where needed. The successful candidate will function as a member in a dynamic team with some team-mates in CT and others based in NL. Your work will contribute directly to enabling large corporations to better identify and address poor working conditions in global supply chains. This work will literally have a scalable impact - in that sense, this dev role is rather special (or at least we think so). Key Responsibilities Develop a high-performance data ingestion and processing pipeline. Contribute development work to scalable backend solutions using .NET Core and Azure SQL Server. Support the development of front-end functionalities using for dashboard visualisation. Implement CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Collaborate using Jira and Slack.
