Financial Accountant | R80, – R90, per month | Hospitality Group A leading hospitality group is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join their team. This role requires a strong background in financial accounting and management reporting, with the ability to implement robust financial controls and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements. Experience in the hospitality or tourism sector will be highly beneficial. Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly Management Accounts Drafting Financial Statements Implementing financial controls across assets, income streams, and expenses Month‑end journals processing and calculation Full bookkeeping function up to Trial Balance Management of cashbooks, debtors, and creditors: Debtors – invoicing, statements; Creditors – batching supplier invoices, tracking discounts; Supplier reconciliations, depreciation journals, and deferred tax VAT and payroll review, calculations, and submission Balance sheet reconciliations Bank account management Package profit reconciliation and allocation Requirements Accounting degree Minimum of 6 years' financial accounting experience (including Management Accounts) Completed Articles with a reputable firm Proficient in Pastel Experienced in SARS and E‑Filing Hospitality / tourism industry experience advantageous Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills Contactable references are essential Salary: R80, – R90, per month How to Apply Send your CV to Use the full job title (including the City / Town) as your reference.
