Minimum requirements: ï International Reportingï Qualified Accountantï Sound knowledge of IT systemsï Responsibility for bookkeeping aspects of all Group of companies, following due processes and proceduresï Produce monthly management accounts for Group, including consolidation.ï Review VAT returns for submission.ï Responsibility for timesheet review and submissions.ï Provide monthly payroll information to outsource company, review information submitted by return.ï Ensure all filing is complete and accurately held.ï Liaise with Company Secretary to ensure all company information is correct and all relevant submissions are field by the required deadlines.ï Assist in reporting requirements as instructed by Head of Finance.ï Assist auditors for all companies for the annual audit and any following queries.ï Review Statutory accounts ready for presentation to Head of Finance.ï Oversee finance element of BEE audits as required.ï Responsibility for employee data.ï Review external and internal contracts.ï Management of 1 direct report.ï Liaise with banks.ï StatisticsConsultant: Angie Botes - Dante Personnel Greenstone
