The ideal candidate will be tasked with designing seamless and innovative digital banking experiences for a mobile platform, ensuring a customer-centred approach in all design elements. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces that meet the strategic objectives of the bank.# **KEY RESULT AREAS*** Design Execution: Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes for digital banking applications. Ensure designs are in line with the bank's brand guidelines and digital standards.* User Testing: Assist in planning and assisting in usability tests and other design research activities. Take the user feedback and iterate designs accordingly to enhance user experience and satisfaction.* Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, developers, and other team members to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately. Participate in agile development processes and stand-ups.* Innovation: Stay abreast of UX trends, tools, and technologies.
