Position Available: Finance Manager Reference: RTB -YDG-1 Position available in Kroonstad for a Finance Manager. Duties & Responsibilities Duties would be but not limited to the following: * The ideal candidate will be supported by a highly experienced finance team and will work closely with the client's executive management team to transform their operational strategies into reality by supporting operating unit heads with financial expertise. Requirements * BCom accounting degree* 5 Years prior experience and completed articles with any of the following regulatory bodies: SAICA, SAIPA or SAIBA* CA (SA) preferred* Good analytical skills and highly proficient in MS Office suite* CaseWare experience will be advantageous* The company operates in the Agri environment; applicants therefore need to be able to speak, read, and write both English & Afrikaans at an advanced level* Own transport and valid code EB driver's license* Excellent professional work standard* Ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding the business process and system optimization* Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy* Able to function independently and express good self-management techniques* Solution-driven mindset, with the ability to identify the nature of a problem.
