Key Responsibilities Guarantee the quality of all Food & Beverage services, ensuring proper set‑up and strict adherence to kitchen, bar, and restaurant standards. Ensure the client offer meets expectations through personalization, handling complaints, and adapting to guest needs. Convert budget objectives into actionable plans to achieve set targets. Manage and lead a team of approximately 150 employees, maximizing development, training, and achieving qualitative and quantitative results. Ensure compliance with legal and commercial frameworks for resort sales, and strict application of hygiene and safety regulations. Candidate Profile Responsible, with the experience and skills needed to manage a team of managers. Organized and meticulous, attentive to detail, capable of handling conflicts with initiative and adaptability. Business‑oriented, with a strong focus on cost control and sales performance.
