Learn more about our services here. Role Overview As a Sage Cloud Consultant, you will play a key role in the successful implementation, configuration, and support of Sage ERP systems. You will collaborate closely with clients to assess business requirements, deliver tailored ERP solutions, and provide ongoing support and training to ensure long‑term client success. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work remotely with occasional on‑site engagements. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Configuration Engage with clients to understand their business needs and design ERP solutions aligned to operational goals. Configure Sage ERP modules across financials, operations, and service management to meet client‑specific requirements. Develop clear implementation strategies, documentation, and configuration plans. Implementation Manage end‑to‑end Sage ERP implementations, from project scoping to go‑live. Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure a smooth and successful deployment. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones and deliverables. Training Deliver effective user training to ensure confident system usage post‑implementation. Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to support user adoption and system sustainability. Support Provide timely and professional post‑implementation support. Investigate system‑related issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions. Maintain strong, long‑term client relationships through consistent and proactive service delivery. Experience & Qualifications A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or IT. 3–4 years of hands‑on Sage Cloud / Accpac ERP experience. Sage / Accpac certification (required). Familiarity with Sage Cloud modules such as Financials, Operational, Service Management, Manufacturing, and Asset Management (advantageous). Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and report writing tools. Solid accounting background with a good understanding of business process flows and internal controls. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. High level of accountability, attention to detail, and professionalism. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong client service orientation with a proactive and solution‑focused mindset. Exceptional time management and organisational skills. Work Environment Hybrid working model with remote work flexibility. Reliable internet connectivity and own transport required.
