About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and organized Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of properties from a fully remote basis. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance and profitability of properties across various locations, including but not limited to Klerksdorp. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations, tenant relations, financial management, and maintenance coordination. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in an independent work environment and excels at remote team collaboration and property oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency. Manage tenant relations, including lease negotiations, renewals, and conflict resolution. Develop and manage property budgets, including rent collection, expense management, and financial reporting. Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects. Conduct regular property inspections (virtually and as needed on-site) to ensure compliance with standards. Work closely with leasing agents and marketing teams to minimize vacancies and optimize rental income across properties, including those in the North West province. Requirements Minimum of 6 years of experience in property management. Proven experience in managing residential or commercial properties. Strong understanding of property laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and financial management principles. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with property management software and virtual collaboration tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a remote work environment.
