Qualifications / Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and confident

• Energetic, motivated and analytical with a strong drive to represent and grow the brand in the market

• Goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and brand development

• Work independently and take ownership of building the sales structure from the ground up while managing a team of Sales Representatives

• Previous FMCG sales experience essential

• Own transport and valid drivers license

• Ability to travel and visit customers as needed

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently

• Proficient in analysing sales data and leveraging insights to enhance sales targets

Key Performance Areas:

• Build the sales structure from scratch, including establishing processes, strategies and a strong sales pipeline

• Analyse sales data to drive informed decisions and optimise strategies

• Supervise and oversee the performance of Sales Representatives

• Represent the company confidently as the face of the brand to customers and stakeholders

• Occasionally visit customers to resolve queries or provide support
