Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies. Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS). Ability to research, analyze, and present information effectively. Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related roles. Experience in remote work environments is a plus. Previous exposure to content marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress, Canva) is preferred. Working Hours: Flexible remote work schedule. Typical working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (can be adjusted based on time zone and team coordination). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Understanding of content marketing metrics, analytics, and reporting. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas. Time management and organizational skills for meeting deadlines consistently.
