EHS Coordinator is responsible for executing Global EHS Strategies to ensure compliance with Local Regulations and Standards. This includes the use of guidelines, self‑assessments, inspections, training and other programs to enable the subsidiary to deliver consistent, superior EHS performance and be in compliance with all Standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of an annual EHS management action plan for the facility to ensure ongoing compliance with both regulatory requirements and Standards Provide EHS technical expertise and leadership to help the subsidiary deliver excellence in execution Set local goals (KPI’S) and ensure that data is correctly reported into the global databases. Periodically report progress to all employees at the facility. Track trends and analyse the data to prioritise actions. Ensure that the deliverance and execution of both Corporate and local EHS training programs Lead or participate in Corporate EHS audits at facilities within their specific Division but not in their own site. Participate in optimising and standardising factory designs for improved EHS performance. Assure consistent and complete EHS Technology
