About the Role Work Planner – Static Equipment The planner is responsible for scoping and preparing maintenance projects, work, and improvements related to static equipment and accessories. You will be fully responsible for detailing the scope and preparing all tasks, materials, and tools. You will draft work descriptions, create step‑by‑step plans, and select and order the necessary materials. You will also prepare work permits, execution documents, and task risk analyses. If external execution is required, you will prepare the specifications and handle communication and coordination with contractors, including final inspection of the completed work. You will prepare preventive and predictive maintenance plans and translate their objectives into concrete work instructions for internal or external technicians and operators. You ensure proper technical and administrative follow‑up, including data processing in SAP, updating technical documentation and tracking costs and invoicing for the work under your responsibility. You monitor key KPIs related to the reliability of static equipment and collaborate with the Static Expert to develop improvement proposals. You follow up on the maintenance backlog and set priorities based on safety and reliability. You act as a replacement for the static equipment supervisor in their absence. You maintain close contact with colleagues from the maintenance department, as well as stakeholders from Operations, Loading‑Unloading, Packaging, QSHE, Engineering, Purchasing, and Warehouse. You also liaise directly with contractors and suppliers, their representatives, technicians, and specialists. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics / Mechanics or equivalent through experience. Experience in repair and work preparation of static equipment is required. Experience in the chemical industry is a definite plus. A strong team player. High safety awareness with a “Zero Incident Mindset”. Familiar with task risk analysis / rescue plans / safety procedures. Strong administrative skills: SAP / Scheduling tools / Office.
