Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their unique business challenges. Present and demonstrate Fusion Software’s diverse range of solutions, from CRM and Projects to HR and Manufacturing platforms. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or tech solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Qualifications 2+ years of proven experience in software sales, with a strong track record of closing deals and hitting sales targets. Strong understanding of business processes in industries such as CRM, Job Management, Stock Management, Project Management, Accounting, or professional services (preferred). Ability to translate client challenges into software solutions that drive efficiency and growth. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives. Experience with CRM or ERP solutions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team environment.
