What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional remote and telephonic support for all logged service calls. Coordinate technical resources and schedule callouts efficiently. Manage SLA stock, firmware updates, and loan equipment. Support field engineers and helpdesk teams. Maintain proactive remote monitoring environments and system health. What You Bring Years in AV / UC support (Crestron, Yealink, Extron, Logitech). Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills. Customer‑first mindset and attention to detail. Why Join Us?
