Digital Marketing Specialist – Night Shift (USA Hours) Work from our offices in Sandton, Durban, Cape Town, or Kenya Night Shift | 2 PM – 11 PM (USA Hours) About Us talent match africa connects experienced professionals in South Africa (just like you) with international employers from around the world (places like the USA, Australia, the UK, India, and Europe). We currently have several permanent roles available at our offices in Cape Town (Wynberg), Johannesburg (Sandton), and Durban (Umhlanga), working for incredible international companies. Role Summary This is a rare opportunity for a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years' experience to evolve rapidly from content creation to full digital strategy ownership. You’ll begin by crafting compelling content and managing social channels, then grow into leading marketing automation, lead generation, SEO, and event marketing within just six months. Perfect for someone who loves learning, takes initiative, and wants to make a real impact in a growing brand environment. Key Responsibilities Manage social media platforms (mainly LinkedIn) — post creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics Develop and execute email marketing campaigns via HubSpot Create compelling content for social media, newsletters, and blogs Optimise content for SEO and drive organic growth Track campaign performance using Google Analytics Coordinate with internal / external stakeholders and vendors Support video editing and visual content creation Plan and manage digital campaigns and timelines Drive community engagement and event promotion Provide performance reports and recommendations Requirements Must-have: 2–3 years in digital marketing or related field Proficiency in HubSpot (CRM, CMS, Email Marketing) Experience managing business social media accounts (LinkedIn preferred) Proven graphic design and content creation ability (portfolio required) Understanding of SEO and basic analytics Strong writing, communication, and project coordination skills Nice-to-haves: B2B or professional services marketing background Event or book launch campaign exposure Paid Ads experience (Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook) Familiarity with AuthorUp, Google Analytics, and video editing tools Startup or small business marketing experience Where and how you can work To be successful, you’ll need to: Work on-site from our office in Johannesburg, Sandton Be willing to work non-traditional South African office hours.
