Key Areas of Responsibility: Lead and motivate hygiene teams, including pest control and cleaning service providers. Oversee microbiological testing, hygiene inspections, and food safety compliance. Drive hygiene and sanitation standards across production and public areas. Train and coach staff to promote a strong food safety and hygiene culture. Manage documentation, records, and non-conformance close-outs. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve hygiene practices and control risks. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Microbiology . 46 years experience in a similar QA Micro/Hygiene role. Training in HACCP, GMP, and Internal Auditing essential.
