Area Manager (Mobile) – Hollywoodbets Responsibilities As part of Hollywoodbets’ Purple Team, the Area Manager (Mobile) will lead mobile branding and marketing initiatives across the North West region, ensuring maximum visibility and brand integrity. Regular visits to key outlets and branches to maintain mobile branding and support stake growth. Identify and evaluate potential new outlets for top‑up voucher distribution. Monitor the condition of all branded assets (taxis, billboards, walls, vehicles) and ensure weekly inspections. Manage company assets, including vehicles, gazebos, speakers, and branding materials. Collaborate with the Regional team to execute regional campaigns from launch to completion. Prepare and present daily reports, including stock management, route and promotion analytics, and ROI metrics. Oversee team recruitment, training, performance reviews, and daily people management tasks. Ensure all team leaders and sales agents receive comprehensive training before starting duties. Complete mandatory training modules (Moodle, Bet Strike, Voice Note, Trainers on Wheels). Execute any additional duties related to the role as required. What You’ll Bring To The Team Stays attuned to market needs and conducts regular competitor analysis. Excellent people‑management skills and ability to deliver results. Strong project management abilities to handle high‑impact initiatives. Problem‑solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly. Understanding of operating systems and relevant software platforms. Knowledge of TUV (top‑up voucher) distribution and betting procedures. Key Requirements Valid driver’s license. Minimum 12 months of management experience. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Diploma or degree (bonus). Project Management experience (bonus).
