Join eSimplified.io to be part of a mission to redefine global connectivity. This is a hybrid role based in City of Johannesburg for a Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead. This is a leadership role for someone who can own the stack, lead from the front, and still write elite-level code. If you're the type who solves problems fast, hates excuses, and moves with intent, you'll fit in. Our Stack: Python, Django, DRF Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind AWS (EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, VPC) Integrations with Stripe, MoEngage, Telecommunications providers, Google Services and many others. What you'll do Lead by example and raise the bar for the team Be someone who pushes the people around them to grow, learn and develop their skills. Take client calls, develop requirements and create actionable plans. Own backend architecture and API performance. Build and ship features end-to-end. Integrate partners, SDKs, and external systems. Solve production issues fast and prevent them from returning Drive technical thinking independently, then align decisions with me before execution. Turn requirements into clear, actionable development plans. Review code, coach devs, and uphold strong standards. What we're looking for Strong Python & Django (8 years+) Strong React / Next.js+TypeScript Experience with scalable SaaS systems. Comfortable owning production systems. Self-driven but collaborative Demonstrates strong ownership of outcomes, takes initiative, and drives projects independently. Bonus: Mobile / SDK experience.
