Site Superintendent

A leading facility is seeking a dynamic Site Superintendent to oversee production, safety, and supply chain management. This role demands a proactive leader with a strong mechanical aptitude and expertise in managing operational staff and contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless daily operations of the plant, meeting production targets efficiently
• Monitor costs, streamline processes, and identify areas for continuous improvement
• Oversee raw material planning, production scheduling, and product distribution
• Uphold safety standards and maintain compliance with all legal and ISO requirements
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering growth and accountability

Requirements:

• A relevant tertiary qualification
• 3-5 Years of relevant experience
• Production / manufacturing experience will be beneficial
• Strong supply chain management skills, including inventory and shipping oversight
• Experience in production processes and a knack for mechanical systems
