Campaigns: Oversee campaigns aimed at acquisition retargeting and retention across digital and traditional channels. Customer Journey: Optimise customer journeys from awareness to conversion and long-term loyalty. Market Research: Lead market research and consumer insights initiatives to guide data‑driven decision‑making. Competitive Analysis: Continuously analyse competitors, market trends and customer behaviour to maintain a competitive edge. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and manage a high‑performing marketing team across brands and regions.
